Terms & Conditions
You can skip or cancel easily by logging into your account. Busy or out of town during the holidays? You can set holiday skips up to a year in advance.
To cancel an order, log in and remove all products prior to cutoff time – Wednesday at midnight. Any products that are left in your order after the cutoff will be delivered and you will be charged for them.
To cancel all future deliveries, log in and remove all line items from the "Recurring Orders" section. Under "My Account" > "RECURRING ITEMS" > "REMOVE ALL"

DC Cutting Board is committed to making sure you’re completely satisfied with our culinary offerings and services, and we go to great lengths to ensure both. If you find an item is not to your liking or for missing items, we can make it up to you in three ways. Choose your refund preference:
- Credit your DC Cutting Board account with the cost of that item
- Refund you for the value of the item
- If possible, replace the item for your culinary use

All orders must be completed by Wednesday at midnight before your area's delivery day. You will receive an email reminder when your order deadline is approaching.
All orders are packaged and shipped according to location. The order cut off is Wednesday at midnight; deliveries are made on the following Monday.
Customers do not need to be home to accept delivery.
To request a specific location for dropping off your DC Cutting Board delivery box, please include instructions in the driver notes in your customer account.
